It was the weirdest thing! The sun was out and screaming hell (or heaven, if you like the sun) everyday for at least six days (this is mid September in Seattle for crying out loud - where's the rain?!), we got bad service at EVERY restaurant we went to (it got so bad it became a joke among the three of us), and... I didn't manage to take Ric to get his foot massage in Chinatown the entire time he was here; but only because he expected a hot Asian girl to be massaging hims feet LOL! Imagine his shock if he found a pair of hairy arms on his back and feet - I decided to spare him the ordeal hee hee.
We used to think our friends didn't like us enough to come visit before we moved to Seattle. We had to send tickets to get people to come hang out with us lol! That's how sad it was... people just weren't gonna' spend a small fortune to come to a city with nothing to offer other than good bbq, I guess... but now that we're in a pretty cool city - certainly cooler then the city before - we've had a few friends voluntarily come visit us without much prompt :)
First Winnie came (sorry didn't blog about that - was in that in between entries kind of mood - and is actually tempted to head over here again soon... and then Ric... who's next?!
